THERE ARE TIMES IN LIFE when we feel divided from others, our dreams, values, and most definitely ourselves. Though it may feel hidden, still there is wholeness within. We have glimpsed it, longed for it and now and then we’ve felt connected and complete. Yet there are far too few places in life where we are encouraged to be our truest selves. So we end up pushing troubles or confusion into dark corners to keep on “keeping on”.
When I meet someone I always look for the spark that ignites their vitality. Even dimmed by life’s wear and tear I know that spark can light the way home.
Trust in you is what I bring to my work as a counselor, coach or facilitator. Together we can revive and cast light on your dark corners. Together we will join what feels divided so you remember who you truly are.
After decades of anxiety, depression and physical symptoms that failed to be eradicated by talk therapy, I was lucky enough to connect with Dr. Jane Hart. Her warmth and compassion, coupled with her skills as an EMDR practitioner, have engendered hope that I will make a full recovery. After each session with Dr. Hart, I feel more confident that total healing will occur. (Sherrie)
EMDR helped me to finally work through an issue that had troubled me for many years. While traditional therapy was helpful, EMDR enabled me to bypass a persistent mental ‘roadblock’ that I had struggled with previously. I feel strongly that Jane’s extensive experience in this area, as well as her wonderfully
supportive and caring nature, were key to my success with this type of therapy. (Amanda)
